Stress and anxiety are prevalent among mothers. More than two-thirds of moms surveyed in a post-pandemic survey of 3,000 women by Everyday Health Group reported feeling anxious. Money issues, a lack of support, and the pressure to be perfect parents all contribute to a rise in anxiety, according to the October 2022 study.
